How dose valve work?The nickel-based alloy ball valve operates via a 90° rotating spherical core with a through hole. Driven by manual, pneumatic, or electric actuators, aligning the ball's hole with the valve body's flow path opens it, allowing aggressive/corrosive media to pass.
Rotating 90° presses the ball against the corrosion-resistant seal (hard/soft), forming a leak-tight shut-off. Its nickel-based alloy construction resists extreme corrosion and temperature (-196℃~650℃), ensuring reliable, long-lasting control in harsh industrial fluid systems.
